Well the truth is, college will help you in the future. Unfortunately for you, parents have a habit of trying to make their kids successful. I don't think there is much you can do to change their view.

I hAVe the potential of making millions. You are only harming me by taking away my computer. Its really your chise, i wint do anything else.

Ask yourself this before you decide can you program or code in anything, but do you have the brain to do it? What are you going to be programming in, is that language gonna be useful in the industry what are you gonna be making? These are the qustions I'd ask myself first.
