The desing looks pretty simple and clear and it looks really good. The "theme"(webmastering) is a nice thing itself and it looks very interesting! I also love the domain as it's really nice and simple and also it's a TLD(Top Level Domain)! Good work mate!

I'd go with an "expanding" template, eg one that uses % rather than px. I hope this forum takes off for you.

I was thinking of doing the % thing with one i use now, but i wasn't sure.

I would, gives you a lot more usable space. Right now your forum is filling around 40% of my screen estate.
