Hello guys my internet is not working in ie and opera
Tough it works great in with other softwares like firefox and my download managers and my messengers.
I even disabled my windows firewall and kespersky to see if they were blocked by the firewall but nothing happened.
The work offline is also not selected.
ANY IDEAS

Did you try running as administrator? Latest version of the web browser?

Maybe try running them as administrator?
OR just go to safe mode with networking and try it from there.

Make sure your computer is clean of all viruses.

Yeah, run a virus scan. Check for malware, also. As I am sure you have already tried this, try a simple restart.

Run a virus scan for sure. Also update all internet related drivers. Remember Google is your friend if you have any problems you don't understand (error messages etc).
