I don't speak spanish. But the girl on the main page is a little bad quality. The site seems a little shrunk down, plain and simple. But it's hard to review the rest since I don't have spanish in my vocabulary.

Well, i've read places that flash sites dont usually do very good in the SEO because its hard to crawl.

Not exactly, only the flash content, so if your whole site is based on flash animations, then yes. Mostly because the information isn't truly "content" but more of a hidden set of values inside a flash animation file. It's easier for googles crawlers for example, to read off from php and html content, than it is for flash content. But you're right.
