Look for ways to keep your metabolism up.
Don't run 10 miles a day just yet.
I suggest running 2 miles then gradually work your way up.

Go for little jogs in the day, increase them over time and you'll notice a difference.

Just go to the gym and do a lot of cardio. That will help a lot.

im trying to get in shape to i want to join the army so i need to get used to not eating junk food and going to the gym everyday

According to me your age is so younger so you have to start the exercise which you like the most and flexible for you. Another thing is that due to follow the comfort and flexible exercise you can motivate yourself to follow that exercise regularly. There is also required to follow the diet program regularly like avoid fast food or oily food.

Lol, I want to win some weight because I'm pretty slim.. and someone is trying to lose weight.. :/
But I cant win some weight never, because I'm pretty active at running and sports.

The first thing you should be concerned about is the diet, hence that is where most of the fat comes from, then work on your exercise routines.
