I wants to make a screen capture tool with region selector in vb , that can save images in jpeg and png extensions .
Any tutorials , suggestions or ideas plz . I would really appreciate . thanks

Well, microsoft already made something like that called Snipping Tool. So why not just use that?

It has a free trial but becomes premium later

Or are you trying to create your own?
