That's why I said on signatures. Usually on nametags, like yours, yeah, the text is the main focus, but a signature is usually having to do with a stock/render.

It's good you put "usually" in there, because sometimes original text does not fit. If you have a signature with a metal theme, and a workshop person as the main focus, you might want your text to be a rusted metal texture for example.

Don't use that flipped down b/w whatever it's supposed to be.

Try to use some clipping mask, maybe a bit smudging.
Bring some texture in the tag.
