I suggest getting a pass to a Fitness place and working out daily, it'll benefit you way more like;
1. You'll lose weight
2. You'll gain muscle
*3. Chicks will dig you (Best one <3)

You should be careful when doing extreme dieting like this. It can cause major health problems.

I agree with everyone else, this stuff is crap. Just eat less calories then you need, do cardio 2-3 times a week, get enough sleep and you'll lose weight.
