That is what i'm talking about. You never want to get to the point where you are hurting yourself. You need to be stronger than that and realize that life goes on.

i understand why oyu posted this but there really sint a single way to death with death...everyone deals with it differently than others do....bit of a touchy subject to try to write a tutorial for

For all those in doubt about crying, look up the biological benefits of crying.
It will release endorphins which will temporally relive you of the emotional trauma you are most likely going through.

And I will use this soon, my grandfather isn't doing very well :/
