How To Relax And Mediate
[Image: meditate.GIF]

What is meditation?
Meditation is a holistic discipline by which the practitioner attempts to get beyond the reflexive, "thinking" mind into a deeper state of relaxation or awareness. - Wikipedia

In my words, meditation is a new state which you relax your body and your mind. Meditation is the best way to get out of depression and stress. Its good for your health also. To controll your emotions, to controll your depresion and stress, thats why, you would need to meditate.

What do I need for meditation?
Empty room, not empty of furniture, but empty of people. You can't meditate, while somebody moving around.
First, is good to start with some relaxing music. I will post some music below. After you have got the hang of it, its better to turn the music off. But that will or should take days.

Then, How do I meditate?
First you have to sit every comfy. The way you sit doesn't really matter.
You just have to be ver comfy, so you can relax your muscles. Best way to hold hands is like the statue holds in the picutre. Which makes a circle and lets your chackra flow better. Close your eyes, thats very important.
Try to let go things around you, don't listen, don't think. First its very hard, near impossible not to think. Thats why you should think about what you see. Since your eyes are closed, you see darkness. Think about black.
In hale with your nose and exhale with your mouth, to get a better flow in energy and repair your lungs. Breath normally and relaxingly.

What music to listen?

But don't forget, these are all hand picked by me. If none of these suits you or you have your own music, feel free to use it. Remember, music can not have words. That would distrub the meditation.

To visually see, what you would have to do, is here.

For any questions, feel free to ask. Good luck with your relaxations.

Hey, Climate.

Awesome information. I've always been intrigued by Mediation. I know that it can do you wonders, but I just don't seem to have the time. Good share, anyway.

Thanks,

Hi, smileyface.

When school becomes more stressful, I'll be sure to find a spare twenty minutes to give this a go.

Thanks,

Hey, smileyface.

Will do. I don't get stressed out very often, because I'm an optimist, but when I feel the need to meditate, I'll be sure to let you all know!

Thanks,
Malware Boss
