Thnx for the comments. Here is my story.

I started meditation, when I started learning about kinesis technigues. Like telekinesis, pyrokinesis, telepathy, etc.. Well, I do it sometimes, just to clear my head of this crap I deal with everyday.

Very nice, I like your music selections. The only problem I see with them though is the one Linkin Park selection. Even though there's no words, when hearing the music I automatically sing the song in my head, which detracts from the meditation.

I liked the 4th selection the best Smile

I don't have time to meditate when I'm under stress and upset. It's all about rage. Lol, jk. This is very helpful.

This is really good. My mom is always saying that I need to meditate and calm down Tongue
I seem to be getting a bit short-tempered, no doubt this will help.

Yea, I it was hard to decide, if to include it or not. But for somereason, listeining to that, I don't think about the original. So I included that also.

Yea, meditation helps with overall temper too. You will be more calmed in stressful or angering situations. First I was a very angry dude. I mean used alot of violence when somebody did something to me. Now Im very calm and just ignore.
