Well the poll is 100% for the

reputations.

Well reputation might cause troubles sometimes, but if there is a good control over them, they will be prefect.

It happens that

some give Negative or Positive reputation for no real reasons, that's why some guidelines should be implemented.

Correct. I've made it so you have to put a

comment in, but some people try to bypass that by putting spaces in the comment box. :\
