Why Free Hosting Fails.

I remember using FreeForums in 2007, of course they where much much better back than. In 2007 FreeForums was a little niche that was ad free and had excellent speeds. But now its meh and I am upset that they don't offer PHPBB 2.0 anymore. Does not matter a lot since the end of 2007 I started using paid hosting .

Free hosts are ok for freelance project i beleive like to support a project your doing etc. But ya not for any big site or especially forums... talk about slow as hell

Its the poor mans host.. it doesnt fail, people who use it fail.

That's true but free hosting has it's own goods for hosting some things that are minimal and for personal use..
I guess free hosting doesn't fail all the way

Free hosts are OK for starting out, if you get your own domain. If you're using a subdomain off them then it is fail. No one will take your site seriously. If you find a free host that gives you full FTP access, allows you to use your own domain, doesn't place ANY ads on your site, then, maybe it won't be so much fail in it.

I currently use 000webhost and they give you all that and i think it works great, my website isn't that big yet lol
