The question is are you gonna race it a lot? I mean if you buy it then race it a few times then decide it eats up to much time and money there you are stuck with a bike that will almost definetly sell for very little compared to what you paid for it.

Then I would say go for it if it's something your gonna use and not put back in storage or something it's definetly worth it. I worked for a while to get my new computer and even though it wasn't 11,000 dollars it was still hard to part with....But now i'm totally happy with my decision...lol it'll bring you much happiness young grasshopper.
