Need a Firewall

I am thinking of switching my AV to Avast Pro combined with Iobit Security 360, but I need a Firewall that won't slow down my computer or annoy me like Comodo by alerting me to everything that requests internet access.

What firewall do you use and recommend?

It also needs to be able to block applications from accessing the internet.

I use ZoneAlarm and have never really had a problem with it.

Also, I have the Pro version of ZoneAlarm as they occasionally do giveaway's of their products on holidays to celebrate.

If you're using Windows 7, then the default firewall is good enough.
