I am looking for a new vps hosting with free cpanel at $40 or below per month.
80GB SSD, 8gbs ram. I know I maybe asking too much for little price. But this is what I can afford.
So if anyone know any provider like my needs then please let me know.
Do you know anything about Zipservers.com VPS hosting solutions?
Are they good? Any alternatives, please?

VPS accounts from hostingsource.com and rockhoster.com are worth every cent you pay for their services.
No problems at all. I feel confident that my sites are up and running at all times.

It's true, many people aren't aware of how inexpensive web hosting is. The key is finding a web hosting provider that can provide excellent customer support.
Happy with Datapacket.net - Pricing is great, over all policy is amazing, support is always available and are excellent help. I have never seen such an elite service!

Specialization means that the provider knows what they're doing, since they only offer a limited range of products; or it can mean that the provider's business plan is focused on only that range.
Happpy using ZipServers.com - Go ahead, they offer enough disk space, bandwidth, email services, free domain name, free website builder tool (CMS tools such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla).

They have great support, cheap prices and relevant technology.
