Are you kidding...Mandriva Linux has many Window Managers to choose from, this coupled with the ability to customize gives the user a palette to create a very unique and custom look....If your interested in something different try enlightenment Window Manager here's a demo:

You can install any User Interface on any distro. Just type in sudo (distro install command here) install KDE or whatever.

I have used Mandriva from the Mandrake days. (5 or 6 years)
Even then i preferred it to other distros.
Anyone interested in having a look i say do it. Run the live disk and have a play.
