Hosting for a start up [help]

I'm setting up a little community using 2freehosting since it is free, but i'm experiencing continous downtimes and it is becoming almost impossible to even edit a post without seeing error pages.

What i'm looking for is a little of space (5-15 GB max) and i guess that bandwidth can be limited to 50 monthly GB, even less; we're still 2 members and we're just beginning to add original contents. Any advice?
