Signature image does not exist.

Okay, so members are getting an error when trying to upload an image for their signature. It just says 'Signature image does not exist.' However, if I do this in mod CP/Admin CP using the same image link it works fine, I saw this was an error on HF at one point as there was a thread about it, I was wondering if anyone new what to do, I won't put the site name here to avoid advertising.

Any help would be appreciated.
