Wi-Fi doesn't connected

Hi

Windows XP is installed in my laptop. It shows windows counterfeiting issue and popup the message whenever I open the laptop. If I use internet through wire, it works fine but Wi-Fi is not connected in my system. It also doesn’t show WPA2-PSK option for network authentication. Please help and tell me how to configure Wi-Fi in my laptop.

Have you made sure that you've installed the correct drivers?
Have you updated your drivers?
