Very basic and plain. Try not to use Microsoft Paint and try to use at least GIMP or Photoshop.

Don't put your focal point (render) that much to the side. Trying centering it a bit more.
Also, your text placement isn't good. Google 'the rule of thirds' for photoshop and you'll see what I mean.
All in all your render doesn't blend well with the background and there's hardly anything that's supposed to catch my eye.

I can see that you're still a beginner, though. So I'll give it a 4/10.
