So I have made some template changes to MyBB to display the index subforums as a 2 column layout. It's easy enough to do with just 2 template edits.
I think it looks better and it will be more clear when I add other subforums. I never did like the way MyBB displays subforums seperated by a comma on one row. It can be difficult to see them at times.

One row would be better, in my humble opinion, at least if there are few subforums. Moving the second row closer to the first one might solve the feeling of separated emptiness, but it might be a nuisance to do in code.

I must admit it does look a lot tidier than having commas.
It takes a bit of time getting used to the space between the columns but it's nothing of major importance.
Overall, it's a great change.

Aha, I thought that I noticed a slight change there, as I looked at that page today.
I think it looks a little neater though, than how it was previously.
