Hi Alex,
Looking for some workout for my son who has joined gym a week before.
I will be kind if you will make some sets of workout for him. His goal is to lose few lbs and to make some muscles.

You really can not start of on the bench at first.. You need to do push up everyday at least 10 to start off,
Strait back and stay for at least 3 seconds on each one.
But of course you need to gain weight to build into muscles along with protein shakes.
Then you can move on to the bench and a harder approach.

Then work on Diamond push ups.
