Are you downloading the ESET setup from the original site?

I tried fcleaner from the same website, and it deleted some 149 MB from something called "temporary memory" (i have no idea where these files came from).. Yet, no much difference in the CPU usage...

Note: When I login safe mode, my PC works perfectly fine :-/

That's a shame, sorry it didn't work better for you.

It doesn't make a really massive difference to your system anyway,
but I still think it makes something of a difference,

I don't know, how about maybe re-installing your OS?

I know that's a bit of a pain, but it may ultimately, sort your PC out.

You could install Windows onto another partition, or onto the same partition, but into a new folder called Windows1, for example, meaning no data loss.

You would have to re-install some applications, but you could also run certain others via shortcuts as well.

Good luck.

Well, I just uninstalled NOD32, and installed Avast Pro...

Everything is fine now .... Hehe

I read around that NOD32 and COMODO firewall don't get along well... Looks like it holds true for me... I either had to switch my COMODO back to my ZoneAlarm (but I kinda started liking COMODO now, and it seems the hackers choice too lolzzzz.. Devlish) or my NOD32... so I switched the NOD Devlish

Thanks guyz for your efforts Smile

It's a firewall, how can it be "Hackers choice"
You do understand how pathetic you just sounded there.

And to get rid of NOD32 for avast just so you can keep a shitty firewall when Zone Alarm does the job just fine is silly. I'm a hacker and all I use is AVG Free and Zone Alarm Free and never had any problems at all.

Do you understand how pathetic YOU'RE sounding? He clearly was implying that, because of Comodo's vast ways of being configured, it was good for a hacker because one could configure it so it wouldn't work against him.

It's your opinion that Comodo is "shitty". In fact, it's better than ZoneAlarm in my opinion. But that's all irrelevant, isn't it? It should be, at least. I personally also think that avast! is better than NOD32.

PS: What a joke! A hacker using AVG? Have with with your malware & malicious scripts being auto-deleted.
