Im not sure if any Android users know but those who have an Amazon account can now get a free app per day! Yes, check it out!
(This screenshot was taken when they released "Plants VS. Zombies" by PopCap which is coming to the actual Android market in about a week)
Requirements:
1. If you dont have an Amazon account already, go and create one (you can do that by clicking here)
2. Now go back to the Amazon homepage and from there, go to "Appstore for Android -> Apps -> and from there, on the right side of your screen, enter your email or phone number and click go.
This will send you a link to your email/number on how to download the app
3. Now, get your USB and put the app in your phones SDcard. Now download "ASTRO File Manager" from the Android Market (You can access it from here)
4. Go to Settings -> Applications -> and make sure the "Unknown Sources" box is checked
5. Now go to where the app is stored on your phones SDcard, hit it and install it. Open your app drawer and you should see a new app like this
6. Now, open up the Appstore and you should see a login screen like the picture below, just sign in.
7. Now, everyday there will be a new update being released. Just go to the Appstore homepage and click the "FREE" and your app will be downloaded.
NOTE: ALWAYS keep the "Unknown Sources" button checked or YOU WILL NOT be able to install any apps.
Please reply and/or star my thread. I need to know what you think.
Thanks!
