I usually relax and talk to myself about it or my parents. Talking to yourself actually is a healthy thing to do and it will actually help you organize yourself. Just relax, listen to some music, and talk to yourself out load or inside. Hope you figure out what you should do.

I am glad you are better mate. Basically, you have to move on with your life. If friends don't got time about you, then they cannot be called as "friends". Keep that in mind.

Those are the friends that don't count and are not really your true friend. You have to find the ones that do care about others problems. Don't make friends with people who are in the, "bad ass" mode, and will just reply with saying "Ehh don't worry about it bro crap happens". I have a lot of friends like this and I am one to stand that it does NOT help.
Just find true friends. Ones that care.
