Not me or you... but there may be someone that looks at it and doesn't know how it's working. That's how I learned when starting out. I'm not saying you have to go back and put them on... I was kidding around.

The rules for applications originally required comments for your lines of code to prove that you didn't just rip the code off from somewhere else, or at the least, that you understand the code. Either he forgot to add that in, or it's not required in this contest, but it was an original rule for these coding challenges.
