Best programs for dub step?

Hey guys I recently started video and sound editing and wondered if anyone knows what would be best for making dub step. And how you actually go about it. I really like the idea of doing it and would pay for the program if I really had to.

fl studio is a decent program too.

Reason, Logic Pro, Cubase or Ableton Live

Thanks for all the responses I will try a few of these out and decide which is the best. Ah I don;t know where to start so I am going to have to do some major learning I think... :/
