Can Someone tell me why would one have a Bluetooth Adapter plugged into the back USB jack??? I am extremely computer illiterate. I found one of these plugged into the back of my computer yesterday. ( I have taken it out )

A bluetooth adapter is used for connecting to bluetooth devices (e.g. mobile phones or bluetooth keyboards)
