Help me train for snowboarding season!

So I'm like 5' 9'', and I'm 15. I weight like 180. I'm big, but not fat. I used to work out a lot, and I have a lot of muscle. But I'm kind of interested in getting back into shape for snowboarding. I snowboard a LOT, and I want to be ready for it.

I'm willing to use those protein things. Idk, milkshakes? Creatine? idk. please help me. Help me get a good diet, and a good workout plan.

I bike a lot too, so you guys can toss that in there. Thanks guys. Please help.

I wouldn't use Creatine if I were you, buy those protein shakes could be a good idea if you want more muscle.
Just hit the gym a few times a week and you should be fine.

Simple, just diet go for a wal or jog and your done.
