Well your 3rd attempt doesn't look too good. There is soo much space on the right so you had to make the text really big and that it creating like 2 focals. You only want 1 focal in a signature.

The 4th attempt is not bad, I would crop the image to take away the space on the left. I wouldn't pick red though for the colour of the text.
If you do crop the image put the text on the right side instead of the left.

1st Signature:
I don't really feel any flow. There are 2 focal points and no real depth to the sig. It all looks very random and not very well put together. 4/10

2nd Signature:
The render its self looks good and well blended in with the background. The lighting shows a slight sense of depth. There is a lot of empty space which should be cropped out. You should also change the font to something which suits the theme of your sig. 6/10
