Hey guys, ok so basically when I think about songs by the likes of Bo Burnham and the amateur transplants I think I would love to write songs like that and I would be good at writing songs like that because they are clever and use good vocabulary and are just basic word play and I am (not to sound big headed) but an extremely clever person, at least I pretend to be. Yet when I think about it, it fails miserably.....

Any advice on this?

I want to write a song but I can't play any instruments and need a melody, I have a keyboard but failed trying to learn it. I simply don't think I am that way inclined, so what is your advice on me getting past this?
