Step One: Don't overwork! Keep a specific amount of time for each project and when you're finished, compliment yourself on a job well done, take a few minutes to yourself and later take on the next project.
Step Two: Keep a schedule that is flexible and moderate in what is required of you during the day and week. Stay with a pace that feels comfortable to you and don't try to imitate someone else who appears to be accomplishing more than you. That may just a false image and besides, everyone is different in work schedules and goals.
Step Three: Keep a timeline on when you want projects done and then keep that timeline! When most people work on a timeline, their productivity increases the closer they get to the timeline. You will feel more productive and happy if you can keep timelines in your work schedule.
Step Four: Keep distractions and interruptions out of your work schedule as much as possible such as emails, phone calls and so forth. Keep your number one priority your work schedule and what you want to accomplish.
