+Good use of effects to blend render/BG
+Good use of bubble c4ds (I think it is? Or bubble stocks)

-Bad text
-Bad text placement (Google the 'rule of thirds')
-Bad text font (For this sig)
-Empty top left
-Effects too bright top left
-Bad lighting (USE THE DODGE AND BURN TOOL!)

To improve:
Remove/redo text
Add a warming pfilter or two on 10 density
Add some effect c4ds/fractals
New layer>Image>Apply image>Filter>Sharpen>Sharpen then erase bad bits
Spam 5-6 gradient maps in pastel colours only
