How to make a boot disk?

Hi,

I have a pc that does not have a floppy drive, so I want to make a boot cd that can get me to the dos prompt.

You see my problem is, I have to update the bios so that my new cpu will work.

isn't there an iso I can download that has all the necessary files already? Because I have read a few tutorials but I do not understand.

If anyone can help,
I will be very happy.

Loaded the new bios rom file onto a mem stink and went into the bios and said update....

Easy as that.
