I read the first bit and stopped;;
Although the book is in some sense "geeky" or "highly intellectual" it covers some very important aspects, in a very bizarre way, the author, Michael Crichton, has turned, ingeniously, an "informative book" into a fast paced thriller, a very interesting read.

One sentence? Sure, complex sentences give you brownie points, but you need to structure it a lot better.

I'm confused.

Quote:Although the book is in some sense "geeky" or "highly intellectual"
Because it isn't literally intellectual, it is in-adamant.

Quote:, in a very bizarre way, the author,
Comma's are around it because that part isn't necessary to be there, the sentence will make sense without it, so comma's are required.

Quote:the author, Michael Crichton
Changed the comma to a Fullstop.

Quote: has turned, ingeniously
Is required, but ingeniously is not. Commas are required.
