When I try to access Support Forums by typing "supportforums.net" into my browser, I get a nameserver error from OpenDNS. However, when I type "www.supportforums.net" into my browser, it works. I think the nameservers are configured poorly.

Sounds like your issue is with OpenDNS. Try using Google DNS which is free.

I have just managed to get back here. For some reason, Google's DNS was not working, my ISP's DNS was not working and neither was OpenDNS working with SF.
