Delete email forwarder?

Hello SF,

I have an account in a cpanel web host. I used the Email Forwarder Creator script here and it works fine.

Now my problem is how to delete the created email forwarders. I tried the script in the forum but it doesn't seem to work. Does anybody know what's the right script for it? I'll appreciate it.
