PC Game with mods

Anybody know any programs are maybe premodded games

like a game with a program where you can get the sweetest stuff

Postal 2 has three expansion packs, and no "mods", but there are cheats. However, you're only vsing the computer, so maybe it won't be as fun for you. But, I've had a LOT of fun just running around killing innocent people.. maybe you will too.

So a browser based game? I don't know of an enjoyable one. You might look into Flash games.. those are time consuming -__- Games that a lot of people play, like RuneScape, won't have many public mods at all.
