Well I would suggest pluging it into your computer and try it, but if that does not work call up apple.

Have you tried putting it in DFU mode? Do this by holding down the sleep/wake button at the exact same time as holding down the home button, tell me what happens from there.

Good luck, I had the same problems just go replace

Try to force restore it by putting it into discovery mode, that should do the trick. If not call up apple and they should be able to help.
