Ok I edited the post I don't think you saw the new edit.
A student visa is for people wishing to study in the US, an immigration visa is for people wishing to take up residence for an indefinite or extended period of time, and a green card is a permanent residence thing, after which, should you so choose, you'd be able to apply for citizenship.

Awsome man, you've been real help, but I have few questions.
She already has a Green Card, as far as I know...
So she is also able to apply for citizenship, would that be better for me getting the visa (easier) or not?
It's because I still have an old passport and I probably need to renew it befor it's actuall expire date, since serbian passports have changed since the last month..

Honestly, if you two are not married it won't really help at all. I don't know how long it takes for Serbian passports to be renewed or when they expire, but, it would probably be best to do that ASAP so you can have everything in line. I'm sure a brand new passport would better help your chances than one that may be about to expire. Especially if they have since changed them.
