Transparent section of .png showing up black in photoshop cs4
#1
I'm trying to copy this:
http://www.signaturestop.com/tutorials/c...render.png

When I copy it over, instead of the background being transparent, it comes up black.

Anyone know how I can fix this?
I know .bmp's transparency is black but .png's are usually just ransparent al together!
Don't worry, I saved it to desktop then opened it with PhotoShop CS4

Duplicate your background and delete the first layer. Use the Magic Tool to select the black parts of the render and press the Delete button to get rid of it.

If you "copy image" from the browser and paste the picture in PS, it's normal to have black or white background. Save the picture on your computer, open it and render will be without background (transparent).
Condoms aren't completely safe. A friend of mine was wearing one and got hit by a bus.

Hmm, I've done it a few times and it hasn't happened :S

Thanks for helping out.
