My first site looked at first like that, but I really was not done until I added a bunch and it felt comfortable. Sorta off topic but I am 14 too

which was your first site? i am pretty sure you have not coded any site besides a deface page, and all your deface page are just copy and pasted scripts.

I think your background is too large and I'm not a fan of it tiling.

1. The background i put something random.
2. The title dosn't come out the way i want it to as i only have the font, you do not.
3. I put this in PHP because its PHP and Hyper text, and i thought Hyper text mean Hyper Text Markup Lang.

it is not php and hyper text, it's "php the hyper text preprocessor", the acronym php stands for "PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor"

anyway, try to use something small and have it repeat on x and y or just x or just why. perhaps a gradient?
