Exactly why I said make a boot disc with BartPE. You can remove the registry keys that start the virus, so you can run exe's.
Also, try this trick. Add the extension .scr after the .exe extention so you should have this for example hijackthissetup.exe.scr and you can run it. The virus won't stop it. |
