Okay so I resolve this name MysticX14 [SKYPE] - He's from toronto, ontario, when I resolve the IP it comes up as Microsoft Corp.. for some reason.

1. He works for Microsoft
2. He lives around Microsoft
3. He has a proxy with Microsoft's IP
