free cpanel hosting, with a good amount of space, good amount of bandwidth, 1 ftp account, 2 sql databases, and NO FORCED ADS!

i would happily put an ad for your hosting service in the footer of my site, but nothing annoying like the stupid banner at free-web-host.me

I vote for forking over $5 / month....

If you can't invest $10 a year for a domain and $5/month for hosting you need to seriously reevaluate what you want to do.
