As for the other questions;
Upgrades/Awards? Not yet, we're brand new and don't yet find the need for the option to upgrade yet! Awards will be implemented very soon, including an award for making 100 posts (plus your $1), being one of the first 100 members to register, and much more!
Target audience? Anyone! We don't allow adult content and we do not have an age restriction. As long as you follow the rules, you're allowed to be a member of our site.
When was it started? Days before this topic was created! I wanted a high quality member base so I started advertising here first.
Dedication to the forum? I'm committed to my projects, I wouldn't have started it if I didn't intend on making it something big. I hope some day my forum will be as big as HF/SF!
