Where are my friends? [Poem]

You all who claim to be devoted -
A shoulder needed, then you turn out to be sheer inanity.
If you are so devoted, surely you would notice my life is diverging.

My body and mind are now tremendously far from pristine.
The only euphoria I accomplish to grasp is from...
Oh, narcotics - you're too busy acting to comprehend my situation

It makes me wonder, were your intentions to be a phony?
Perhaps I have the misconception that you're inconspicuous -
If that be wrong, I demand you be banished from my life.

Can't sleep tonight, so I ended up writing this to get some emotions off my mind.
I'd love to get some feedback - whether it be negative (but constructive) or positive.

Interesting i like it, especially the comparisons, its good from my stand point. It has a slightly dreamy but strong effect on me, anyways keep doing your thing.
