Outlook 2003 Rules and Alerts, forwarding messages from shared inbox automatically?

Hi guys,

I'm trying to set up a rule that reads the a shared inbox for emails from a specific contact then forwards these emails to a seperate contact. I have set up the rules and permissions but it does not run automatically when a new email is sent into the shared inbox, I have to run the rule every time a new email is sent to the shared inbox for it to forward. Is there a reason it isn't doing it automatically?

When I do it in reverse, forwarding any messages sent to me from a certain contact to the shared inbox it works automaticaly.

I've got it sorted, it was because the mailbox was hosted on a different server. Client should have told me that, I did ask them and they said no.
