We can keep our body whiten by taking healthy foods and taking fruits regularly. We can eat seasonable foods and by that we can keep fresh blood in our body. Our body whiten is depending on the blood. take ice-cream by which body gets colder and Drink more and more water in a day,taht is good for body.

Good suggestions, but forget about this question lol, I don't care anymore about it. Also, I heard people with light skin have a higher chance of getting a skin melanoma so I'm in plus xD
